About Elaine Gleeson

Elaine has had a successful career history in people management, recruitment, sales and training spanning both the private and public sectors.

She has worked in the pharmaceutical, construction, hospitality sectors as well as local government and has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of a wide range of roles in the business arena. Having been interested in the field of personal development since the late 90s she decided to train as Personal and Business Coach in 2008 and shortly afterwards she qualified as an NLP Practitioner.

Elaine holds a Tap Diploma in Learning Design and is also Business Mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation
